Club del Sole, leader in Italia nel settore delle vacanze open-air con 30 villaggi sul territorio nazionale, è alla ricerca di un/una Controller da inserire presso il nostro Headquarter di Forlì.

Cerchiamo una persona curiosa, con solide basi tecniche e una forte capacità analitica, che abbia voglia di comprendere il business, trasformare i dati in informazioni utili e contribuire concretamente all'evoluzione dei nostri processi di controllo.

IL TUO RUOLO

Entrerai in un contesto in crescita e in continua evoluzione, dove il Controllo di Gestione ha un ruolo sempre più centrale nel supportare le decisioni del business.

Ti occuperai di analisi, reporting, budgeting e forecasting, lavorando a stretto contatto con le diverse funzioni aziendali e contribuendo a trasformare i numeri in insight e opportunità di miglioramento.

Non cerchiamo semplicemente qualcuno che sappia "leggere un report": cerchiamo una persona che abbia curiosità, spirito di iniziativa e voglia di capire cosa c'è dietro i numeri.

COSA FARAI

  • Contribuirai alla predisposizione della reportistica gestionale periodica, analizzando risultati, KPI e principali indicatori economici.
  • Parteciperai alla redazione di budget e forecast, collaborando con le diverse funzioni aziendali.
  • Analizzerai gli scostamenti rispetto a budget, forecast e consuntivo, contribuendo a individuarne cause e possibili azioni correttive.
  • Svilupperai analisi economiche e gestionali a supporto delle decisioni del management.
  • Collaborerai all'evoluzione dei sistemi di controllo di gestione e reporting, proponendo nuovi strumenti, analisi e modalità di lettura dei dati.
  • Utilizzerai Excel, ERP e strumenti di Business Intelligence per elaborare e interpretare dati provenienti da diverse fonti.
  • Ti confronterai con le funzioni aziendali per comprendere i fenomeni economici e operativi che stanno alla base dei dati.
  • Contribuirai al miglioramento continuo dei processi e degli strumenti di controllo.

CHI CERCHIAMO

Cerchiamo un/una professionista con 2-4 anni di esperienza in Controllo di Gestione, FP&A, Audit o consulenza, maturata preferibilmente in aziende strutturate, gruppi multinazionali o primarie società di consulenza.

Per noi sono importanti:

  • Laurea in Economia, Ingegneria Gestionale o discipline affini.
  • Padronanza dei principi contabili italiani e internazionali
  • Ottima conoscenza dei sistemi di contabilità gestionale ed analitica
  • Conoscenza avanzata dei sistemi di reporting e controllo di gestione
  • Esperienza nei sistemi di budgeting
  • Spiccate abilità di analisi e commento dei dati
  • Conoscenza avanzata di Excel
  • Conoscenza di gestionali ERP e sistemi di BI, preferibilmente Microsoft Navision e Power BI
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.

  • con ottime capacità di problem solving;
  • con una forte attitudine alla collaborazione e al lavoro in team.
