Club del Sole, leader in Italia nel settore delle vacanze open-air con 29 villaggi sul territorio nazionale, in vista della stagione 2027 e di nuove aperture, è alla ricerca di Resident Manager per guidare uno i nostri villaggi.

IL TUO RUOLO

Sarai il punto di riferimento della struttura e avrai la responsabilità della gestione integrata del villaggio, con l'obiettivo di garantire un'esperienza eccellente agli ospiti, performance economiche sostenibili e un'organizzazione efficace delle persone e dei servizi.

Un ruolo manageriale, dinamico e fortemente operativo, nel quale avrai la possibilità di incidere concretamente sui risultati della struttura e sull'esperienza dei nostri ospiti.

COSA FARAI

  • Guiderai e coordinerai tutte le funzioni del villaggio: Front Office, Food & Beverage, spiaggia, market, housekeeping, manutenzione, animazione e servizi.
  • Sarai il punto di riferimento per l'esperienza degli ospiti, monitorando customer satisfaction, feedback e gestione delle criticità.
  • Coordinerai, insieme all'HR, selezione, onboarding, organizzazione, formazione e gestione delle persone.
  • Gestirai i rapporti con fornitori e partner esterni e supervisionerai le manutenzioni della struttura.
  • Monitorerai budget, costi e performance economiche, individuando opportunità di miglioramento.
  • Contribuirai allo sviluppo dei ricavi ancillari, attraverso servizi, esperienze e attività retail.
  • Supervisionerai i principali processi amministrativi e organizzativi del villaggio.
  • Costruirai e manterrai relazioni con enti locali, territorio e istituti scolastici.

CHI CERCHIAMO

Cerchiamo un/una manager con:

  • Almeno 5 anni di esperienza in ruoli di responsabilità in ambito turistico, preferibilmente in campeggi, villaggi turistici o resort.
  • Laurea in Turismo, Hospitality Management, Economia o discipline affini.
  • Solida conoscenza delle dinamiche operative di strutture hospitality complesse e stagionali.
  • Esperienza nella gestione di team numerosi ed eterogenei.
  • Forte leadership, capacità organizzative e orientamento al risultato.
  • Approccio analitico, capacità di gestione del budget e problem solving.
  • Ottima conoscenza dell'inglese e di una seconda lingua, preferibilmente il tedesco.
  • Buona dimestichezza con strumenti informatici e gestionali di settore.
