Club del Sole, leader in Italia nel settore delle vacanze open-air con 29 villaggi sul territorio nazionale, ricerca un IT Operations & Service Management Specialist che assuma un ruolo centrale nella gestione dell'operatività IT aziendale, con particolare focus sui processi di supporto, ticketing e monitoraggio dei servizi.

Cerchiamo una persona con solida esperienza tecnica, maturata all'interno di reparti IT di aziende strutturate multi-sito oppure presso system integrator, che voglia assumere maggiore ownership dell'ambiente tecnologico: non limitarsi a implementare una soluzione o risolvere il singolo problema, ma seguirne l'evoluzione nel tempo e contribuire direttamente alla qualità dei servizi IT erogati all'azienda.

COSA FARAI

Il focus principale del ruolo sarà il governo dell'operatività quotidiana dell'IT, attraverso le nostre piattaforme di ticketing e monitoring.

In particolare, ti occuperai di:

  • governare la piattaforma proprietaria di ticketing, sviluppata con componenti di Intelligenza Artificiale;
  • garantire il corretto utilizzo del sistema di ticketing da parte del team IT, contribuendo a creare metodo, disciplina e uniformità nella gestione delle richieste;
  • coordinarti con le risorse IT dedicate alla gestione dei ticket di primo, secondo e terzo livello;
  • presidiare il monitoraggio dell'infrastruttura e dei servizi attraverso Zabbix, interpretando alert e anomalie e contribuendo alla loro corretta gestione;
  • effettuare troubleshooting tecnico su infrastruttura Microsoft, networking, sistemi, virtualizzazione e servizi IT;
  • prendere in carico problematiche tecniche, analizzarle direttamente e coinvolgere, quando necessario, colleghi specialistici o partner esterni;
  • gestire e coordinare i fornitori IT, mantenendo internamente ownership e controllo delle attività;
  • contribuire ai progetti infrastrutturali e di evoluzione tecnologica del Gruppo;
  • collaborare con il CIO e con il resto del team nell'individuazione delle priorità operative e delle possibili aree di miglioramento.

CHI CERCHIAMO

  • Diploma o laurea in ambito Informatico.
  • 3-5 anni di esperienza in ambito IT Operations, Infrastructure o System Administration, maturata nel dipartimento IT di aziende strutturate multi-sito oppure presso un system integrator.
  • Ottima conoscenza di: Active Directory; Microsoft Entra ID; Microsoft 365; Exchange Online; Windows Server; Microsoft Azure; VMware;
  • Esperienza con sistemi di backup e storage;
  • Padronanza di networking e troubleshooting di TCP/IP, VLAN, DHCP, DNS, Wi-Fi e VPN;
  • principi e strumenti di cybersecurity
  • Familiarità con piattaforme di monitoraggio infrastrutturale, preferibilmente Zabbix
  • Gradita la conoscenza di PowerShell
  • Spiccata attitudine al problem solving e orientamento al cliente interno.
  • Precisione, puntualità e capacità di lavorare in team.
