Club del Sole, leader in Italia nel settore delle vacanze open-air con 29 villaggi sul territorio nazionale, ricerca un/una Sales Back Office Specialist da inserire nel team dedicato al canale Tour Operator presso il nostro Headquarter di Forlì.

IL TUO RUOLO

Sarai il punto di riferimento operativo per i partner del canale Tour Operator, accompagnandoli nella gestione delle prenotazioni e delle richieste commerciali e collaborando con Booking, Customer Care, villaggi e area commerciale per garantire un servizio efficace e puntuale.

Avrai inoltre la possibilità di contribuire allo sviluppo delle relazioni con i partner e alla crescita del business Tour Operator.

COSA FARAI

  • Gestirai le richieste commerciali e operative provenienti da Tour Operator e agenzie di viaggio nazionali e internazionali.
  • Gestirai il flusso delle prenotazioni, verificando disponibilità, tariffe, condizioni commerciali e correttezza dei dati.
  • Predisporrai preventivi, conferme di prenotazione e documentazione commerciale.
  • Sarai il punto di riferimento per i partner nella gestione di richieste, variazioni e problematiche relative alle prenotazioni.
  • Ti coordinerai con Booking, Customer Care, villaggi e area commerciale per garantire una gestione fluida ed efficace delle richieste.
  • Supporterai la gestione dei reclami più complessi, coordinando i diversi interlocutori coinvolti.
  • Fornirai supporto ai villaggi per tutte le informazioni e le necessità relative alle prenotazioni Tour Operator.
  • Contribuirai allo sviluppo delle relazioni con i partner attraverso follow-up, networking e nuove opportunità commerciali.
  • Parteciperai a fiere, workshop ed eventi B2B del settore turistico.

CHI CERCHIAMO

Cerchiamo una persona con:

  • Diploma o laurea, preferibilmente in ambito turistico o hospitality.
  • Esperienza, anche breve, in ruoli di Sales Back Office, Sales Support, Booking, Customer Service, Agenzia di Viaggio o Tour Operator.
  • Conoscenza dei processi di prenotazione e della distribuzione turistica B2B.
  • Buona dimestichezza con strumenti informatici, CRM e gestionali di prenotazione.
  • Lingua Inglese fluente; la conoscenza di una seconda lingua, preferibilmente il tedesco, costituisce un plus.
  • Ottime capacità relazionali e comunicative.
  • Precisione, organizzazione e capacità di gestire più richieste e priorità contemporaneamente.
  • Attitudine al problem solving e forte orientamento al cliente.
  • Predisposizione al lavoro in team e alla collaborazione con interlocutori interni ed esterni.
