Club del Sole, leader in Italia nel settore delle vacanze open-air, con 30 villaggi distribuiti su tutto il territorio nazionale, ricerca per la stagione 2027 Responsabili Servizi e Food & Beverage da inserire nelle sue strutture.

Quali saranno i tuoi obiettivi e attività?

Garantirai l’operatività e la qualità dei servizi del villaggio, coordinando un team numeroso e assicurando un’esperienza eccellente agli ospiti.

In particolare, ti occuperai di:

  • Coordinare e supervisionare ristoranti, bar, pool bar, market, spiagge attrezzate e piscine
  • Gestire un team fino a 100 risorse: selezione, assunzione, formazione, organizzazione, turni, riposi, pianificazione, assegnazione e monitoraggio delle attività, motivazione e performance
  • Collaborare con accoglienza, animazione e direzione per assicurare fluidità gestionale
  • Monitorare qualità del servizio e soddisfazione degli ospiti
  • Gestire le manutenzioni per assicurare l’operatività delle attrezzature
  • Supportare la gestione del budget e forecast stagionale
  • Gestire gli approvvigionamenti food & beverage e supervisionare lo stoccaggio, conservazione e rotazione dei prodotti
  • Monitorare prevenzione, sorveglianza e interventi di primo soccorso (se necessario)

Cerchiamo professionisti che possiedano:

  • Esperienza in ruoli simili presso villaggi turistici, resort o strutture ricettive complesse
  • Ottime capacità organizzative, di leadership e gestione del personale
  • Competenze in gestione prodotti food, acquisti, conservazione e normative HACCP
  • Conoscenza fluente dell’italiano e buona padronanza di inglese e tedesco
  • Padronanza nell’uso di Excel e nel monitoraggio di budget e forecast
  • Capacità di lavorare sotto pressione e gestire situazioni complesse
  • Flessibilità

  • Brevetto da bagnino o formazione in primo soccorso
