Per un nostro cliente, pioniere nell'innovazione AI con un proprio prodotto SAAS in forte crescita tra Italia e all'Estero, stiamo cercando un AI Engineer che desideri contribuire alla costruzione di un prodotto all'avanguardia, basato su modelli di linguaggio avanzati (LLM) e tecnologie di intelligenza artificiale generativa. L'azienda è una startup in forte crescita, con una visione chiara: rivoluzionare il modo con il quale i propri clienti di riferimento conducono ricerche e redigono documenti, automatizzando attività complesse attraverso l'uso intelligente dei dati.

Cosa farai

  • Progettare e costruire sistemi AI basati su agenti e architetture RAG per risolvere complessi task legali con precisione ed efficienza.
  • Effettuare il fine-tuning e il post-training di LLM utilizzando tecniche all'avanguardia di apprendimento supervisionato e rinforzato (RL) per innalzare la qualità delle risposte.
  • Sviluppare e ottimizzare pipeline di ricerca su larga scala per agenti basati su LLM.
  • Implementare e perfezionare algoritmi NLP per estrarre, strutturare e convalidare informazioni da documenti legali.
  • Eseguire valutazioni end-to-end per individuare colli di bottiglia, misurare le prestazioni e guidare il miglioramento continuo.
  • Collaborare strettamente con esperti legali per progettare protocolli di valutazione e costruire dataset specifici di dominio che rafforzino ogni livello dello stack tecnologico.
  • Mantenere l'eccellenza tecnica seguendo le migliori pratiche consolidate, gli standard di codifica e rigorosi processi di revisione del codice (code-review).

Competenze richieste

  • Comprovata esperienza nella costruzione e gestione di pipeline ML robuste.
  • Forti competenze in Python con esperienza pratica nella ricerca sugli LLM e nei sistemi di deep learning.
  • Conoscenza delle tecnologie di ricerca, come la ricerca full-text, i database vettoriali o altri sistemi di recupero (retrieval) su larga scala.
  • Mentalità collaborativa e predisposizione a lavorare con esperti legali, ricercatori e ingegneri per migliorare costantemente il prodotto.
  • Familiarità con MLOps e con l'integrazione di modelli ML in backend di produzione (costituirà un forte plus).
  • Aggiornamento costante sulle innovazioni LLM, idealmente con esperienza nel pre-training o nel deployment di modelli su larga scala in scenari reali.
