Con oltre 180 anni di esperienza complessiva nel settore, l'azienda riunisce un ampio patrimonio di competenze nei sistemi di copertura sia a falda che piana. Opera in diversi mercati, servendo progetti di costruzione residenziali e commerciali.

L'azienda sviluppa soluzioni integrate per coperture e impermeabilizzazioni, progettate per rispondere a differenti esigenze progettuali, supportando architetti, imprese edili, professionisti del settore e proprietari di immobili attraverso prodotti e sistemi che garantiscono protezione duratura, prestazioni elevate e affidabilità nel lungo termine.

Stiamo cercando un CRM Specialist che sarà responsabile delle seguenti attività:

  • Gestione e Ottimizzazione CRM: Amministrazione, aggiornamento e supervisione del tool di CRM (SAP Sales Cloud) per la rete vendita, garantendo la qualità del dato e il monitoraggio dei relativi KPI.
  • Data Analysis & Sales Reporting: Analisi qualitativa e quantitativa dei dati di vendita; monitoraggio costante dei trend di mercato e delle performance per canale, cliente, prodotto e zona geografica.
  • Business Intelligence: Creazione periodica di reportistica commerciale e monitoraggio dei principali indicatori economici (Fatturato, Margine, Rotazioni).
  • Territory Planning: Supporto nella pianificazione e ottimizzazione delle zone di vendita e delle quote di mercato della rete commerciale.
  • Continuous Improvement: Collaborazione sinergica con gli Area Sales Manager (ASM) e con il team sales per identificare opportunità di miglioramento e ottimizzazione dei processi di sales reporting.
  • Formazione e Supporto: Supporto operativo e attività di training continuo rivolta al team Sales sui processi commerciali e sull'utilizzo ottimale dello strumento Sales Cloud.

Competenze richieste:

  • 2-3 anni di esperienza in contesti strutturati
  • Esperienza pregressa (anche breve/mid-level) in ruoli di Sales Operations, Sales Analyst o CRM Specialist
  • Buona conoscenza di SAP o Salesforce
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua Inglese
  • Buona conoscenza del CRM Sales Cloud o esperienza su CRM analoghi
  • Ottime capacità di analisi quantitativa, interpretazione del dato e utilizzo avanzato di Excel
  • Forte orientamento al risultato, proattività e doti relazionali per interfacciarsi efficacemente con la forza vendita e il management

Location: Brescia (Sud-ovest)

Contratto a tempo indeterminato, range di RAL fino a 38.000 €
