RUOLO

Siamo alla ricerca di un/una HR Business Partner con solida preparazione in ambito amministrativo e spiccata visione organizzativa, a diretto riporto dell'Amministratore Delegato. La risorsa opererà in totale autonomia come punto di riferimento unico per le risorse umane, unendo il presidio rigoroso dei flussi amministrativi aziendali (in raccordo con lo studio paghe esterno) allo sviluppo strategico del personale: dalla pianificazione dei fabbisogni con i responsabili di linea alla gestione dell'onboarding, formazione, piani di crescita ed progetti di Employer Branding, coordinando le ricerche di selezione con la società di consulenza partner.

RESPONSABILITÀ

  • Amministrazione del Personale e Presenze: Monitoraggio dell'applicativo aziendale per la rilevazione di timbrature, ferie, permessi e assenze; controllo dei dati e trasmissione mensile allo studio paghe per l'elaborazione dei cedolini; gestione dei rapporti operativi con il consulente del lavoro esterno.
  • Gestione Contrattuale e Budget Assunzioni: Predisposizione della documentazione contrattuale e mantenimento dei fascicoli del personale; monitoraggio del budget assunzioni e tracciamento dei relativi costi con analisi periodica degli scostamenti in affiancamento alla Direzione.
  • Pianificazione Hiring e Interfaccia Partner Esterni: Interfaccia costante con i responsabili di linea per raccogliere le esigenze di organico, definire i requisiti delle posizioni e condividere il piano di assunzioni con la società di selezione esterna che ne cura la ricerca.
  • Sviluppo Risorse, Onboarding e Formazione: Progettazione e implementazione dei percorsi di onboarding, definizione dei piani di formazione e sviluppo per dipendenti interni ed esterni e tracciamento della crescita professionale in azienda.
  • Employer Branding e HR Operations: Collaborazione con i dipartimenti interni per sviluppare iniziative di Employer Branding volte ad attrarre e trattenere i talenti; presidio quotidiano delle relazioni interne come punto di riferimento HR per problematiche organizzative o relazionali.

REQUISITI

  • Almeno 5 anni di esperienza maturati in ruoli di HR Business Partner, HR Generalist o HR Operations in contesti aziendali o industriali strutturati.
  • Competenza tecnica e pratica sulla parte di amministrazione del personale, contrattualistica di lavoro e gestione flussi verso studi paghe esterni.
  • Esperienza consolidata nell'analisi dei fabbisogni organizzativi, nella definizione di piani formativi e nella gestione di percorsi di onboarding e crescita interna.
  • Attitudine a collaborare con le diverse funzioni aziendali per progetti di Employer Branding e cultura organizzativa.
  • Dimestichezza nell'interfaccia con i responsabili di funzione e società esterne di consulenza/head hunting per il monitoraggio dei piani di inserimento.
  • Autonomia operativa, visione analitica sul budget del personale, eccellenti doti comunicative, riservatezza e standing relazionale.

DETTAGLI CONTRATTUALI

  • Full time, contratto a tempo indeterminato.
  • OTE: Range indicativo 40.000€ - 50.000€, commisurata all'effettiva esperienza professionale maturata (il posizionamento specifico sarà oggetto di confronto e approfondimento durante il primo colloquio).
