Il suo portafoglio comprende una piattaforma AI-native per orchestrare il marketing digitale, una suite di agenti AI multi-skill e un sistema CAAS per il marketing enterprise multi-mercato.

Il ruolo

Cerchiamo un Senior Product Marketing Manager che lanci i prodotti sul mercato in modo efficace e con campagne misurabili. Riporterà direttamente all'Head of Product e farà da collegamento tra prodotto, marketing, contenuti e vendite. Non dovrà definire il prodotto: il suo focus sarà comunicarlo, posizionarlo e lanciarlo. Inizierà sul mercato italiano, con l'ambizione di espandersi in UK e poi negli USA.

Cosa farai

  • Definire e affinare posizionamento, value proposition e messaggi chiave, traducendo le funzionalità in benefici concreti per il cliente
  • Progettare ed eseguire le strategie go-to-market e i lanci di prodotto
  • Pianificare e ottimizzare campagne paid e organic, in particolare su LinkedIn e Instagram, con focus su lead generation
  • Gestire i budget advertising e condurre A/B test ed esperimenti su campagne, messaggi e landing page
  • Creare materiali di sales enablement per i nostri tre canali di vendita: agenti plurimandatari, partner autorizzati e vendita diretta
  • Lavorare con il team di content creation e con il marketing centrale per coordinare l'esecuzione
  • Analizzare mercato, clienti e performance per individuare nuovi canali e opportunità di crescita

Cosa cerchiamo

  • Almeno 8 anni di esperienza in Product Marketing, Growth o Performance Marketing
  • Background in aziende SaaS B2B, preferibilmente rivolte a PMI e mid-market (non solo enterprise)
  • Esperienza concreta nella creazione e gestione di campagne social e advertising che generano lead
  • Capacità di progettare esperimenti e interpretare i dati di performance
  • Inglese fluente (scritto e parlato), indispensabile per il lancio sui mercati internazionali
  • Equilibrio tra visione strategica e capacità di esecuzione hands-on
