Ricerchiamo un HSE Senior Specialist che supporterà il Responsabile del Servizio di Prevenzione e Protezione (RSPP) e l'HSE Manager di Gruppo nella gestione delle attività legate a salute, sicurezza e ambiente, contribuendo a garantire il rispetto della normativa vigente e delle procedure aziendali.

La posizione prevede una forte presenza sul campo, con l'obiettivo di monitorare le condizioni operative, sensibilizzare il personale sui temi della prevenzione e promuovere una solida cultura della sicurezza all'interno degli stabilimenti produttivi

Principali Responsabilità:

Salute e Sicurezza sul Lavoro

  • Supporto all'aggiornamento di DVR, procedure e istruzioni operative.
  • Esecuzione di sopralluoghi e verifiche periodiche nei reparti produttivi.
  • Monitoraggio dell'utilizzo dei DPI e gestione delle relative forniture.
  • Analisi di infortuni, near miss e definizione di azioni correttive.
  • Verifica della segnaletica di sicurezza, dei presidi antincendio e di primo soccorso.
  • Gestione di scadenziari, registri e documentazione tecnico-normativa.
  • Supporto nella gestione documentale di appaltatori e DUVRI.

Formazione e Sorveglianza Sanitaria

  • Gestione delle scadenze relative a formazione e sorveglianza sanitaria.
  • Organizzazione e monitoraggio dei corsi obbligatori sulla sicurezza.
  • Supporto al Medico Competente nella pianificazione delle visite mediche.
  • Erogazione dell'induction HSE per neoassunti e personale interinale.
  • Supporto nelle prove di emergenza ed evacuazione.
  • Promozione della cultura della sicurezza attraverso iniziative informative interne.

Ambiente

  • Supporto alla gestione dei rifiuti e alla conformità ambientale degli stabilimenti.
  • Gestione della documentazione ambientale e dei registri previsti dalla normativa.
  • Raccolta e monitoraggio dei dati ambientali (emissioni, scarichi e altri adempimenti).
  • Controllo delle scadenze autorizzative e supporto al mantenimento della conformità normativa.

Requisiti

  • Esperienza di almeno 4-5 anni in materia di ambiente qualità e sicurezza, maturata come dipendente in contesto produttivo o libero professionista.
  • Conoscenza della normativa HSE (D.Lgs. 81/08 e D.Lgs. 152/06) e supporto nella gestione della documentazione obbligatoria.
  • Esperienza nella valutazione dei rischi, sopralluoghi di sicurezza, utilizzo DPI e gestione di infortuni e near miss.
  • Gestione della formazione sicurezza, sorveglianza sanitaria e attività di onboarding dei neoassunti.
  • Monitoraggio degli aspetti ambientali: gestione rifiuti, FIR, registri ambientali e scadenze autorizzative.
  • Supporto nella gestione di appaltatori, DUVRI, verifiche ispettive e controlli su attrezzature, impianti e presidi di emergenza.
  • Laurea tecnica o diploma equivalente, preferibilmente con abilitazione ASPP (Moduli A e B) e conoscenza degli standard ISO 14001 e ISO 45001.

Contratto a tempo indeterminato, range di RAL fino a 50.000 € (Commisurato in base all'esperienza)
