Il ruolo

Cerchiamo un IT Retail Applications Manager che guidi le applicazioni retail e le operations IT dei punti vendita nei Paesi di competenza, con focus sulla POS Suite, sui progetti retail e sull'evoluzione dei servizi omnicanale erogati dal team IT di Gruppo, in stretta collaborazione con il team internazionale dedicato. Il contesto è quello della trasformazione SAP S/4HANA di Gruppo e dell'evoluzione degli standard POS e omnichannel.

Cosa farai

  • Guidare l'implementazione end to end della POS Suite in nuovi mercati (Croazia e Slovenia), dall'analisi tecnica al rollout e al supporto post go-live.
  • Gestire gli adattamenti fiscali e normativi dei sistemi di cassa, come scontrino digitale e ricevute fiscali, presidiando la conformità a livello locale.
  • Gestire operativamente ed evolvere la POS Suite: monitoraggio, incident e problem management con analisi delle cause radice, manutenzione correttiva ed evolutiva, rilasci in produzione.
  • Presidiare le integrazioni tra sistemi retail, SAP e piattaforme corporate e i relativi flussi dati, analizzando anomalie, dipendenze e sincronizzazioni.
  • Gestire il fornitore dello sviluppo software di cassa (SLA, ticketing, livelli di servizio) e controllarne la delivery.
  • Supervisionare ed evolvere i servizi omnicanale (es. Click&Collect) in collaborazione con il team internazionale su standard POS, roadmap e rollout locali.
  • Coordinare un team interno ed esterno.

Il profilo ideale

  • Almeno 8 anni di esperienza in ambito IT, di cui almeno 5 in ambito retail, preferibilmente con provenienza da azienda o da società di consulenza.
  • Esperienza diretta di implementazione e progettualità POS, in ambienti multi-negozio, con integrazioni verso SAP o altri ERP. Il candidato ideale ha seguito progetti dal disegno al go-live, non solo la manutenzione di sistemi esistenti.
  • Esperienza di coordinamento di un team e fornitori esterni.
  • Esperienza di collaborazione con team internazionali.
  • Conoscenza della fiscalità dei sistemi di cassa italiani e di SAP Retail.
  • Laurea in Ingegneria o Informatica, oppure diploma di perito informatico.
  • Inglese B2
  • Disponibilità a trasferte occasionali nei Paesi di competenza.
