Ricerchiamo un Project Engineer che, riportando direttamente all'Industrial Engineering & Asset Manager, avrà la responsabilità di coordinare e gestire progetti tecnici e industriali finalizzati al miglioramento degli impianti, dei processi produttivi e delle infrastrutture aziendali, assicurando il rispetto di tempi, costi, qualità e obiettivi prefissati.

Principali responsabilità

  • Coordinare e monitorare progetti relativi all'acquisto, installazione, revamping e modifica di macchine, impianti e infrastrutture di servizio.
  • Gestire l'intero ciclo di vita dei progetti tecnici, dalla raccolta delle esigenze fino alla messa in esercizio delle soluzioni implementate.
  • Collaborare con le funzioni produttive, manutentive e operative per identificare opportunità di miglioramento dei processi e degli asset aziendali.
  • Supportare l'analisi delle performance degli impianti attraverso il monitoraggio dei principali KPI tecnici ed economici.
  • Proporre e sviluppare progetti di innovazione e miglioramento continuo, valutandone fattibilità tecnica, impatto operativo e ritorno economico.
  • Collaborare alla definizione dei budget di investimento (CAPEX) e al monitoraggio delle relative iniziative.
  • Coordinare fornitori, consulenti e contractor esterni durante le fasi di progettazione, realizzazione, collaudo e manutenzione.
  • Redigere specifiche tecniche, documentazione di progetto e capitolati per l'acquisto di macchine e impianti e per contratti di manutenzione.
  • Supportare le attività di analisi guasti e problem solving tecnico attraverso metodologie strutturate quali RCA, FMECA o strumenti equivalenti.
  • Realizzare programmi CAD/CAM e della documentazione tecnica correlati

Requisiti

  • Esperienza di almeno 2-3 anni in ruoli di Project Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, Industrial Engineer o affini all'interno di contesti produttivi.
  • Laurea in Ingegneria Meccanica, Industriale o discipline tecniche equivalenti
  • Esperienza nella gestione di progetti industriali e nel coordinamento di stakeholder interni ed esterni.
  • Buona conoscenza delle metodologie di project management.
  • Conoscenza di base metodologie FMECA e RCA
  • Buona conoscenza di strumenti CAD/CAM e familiarità con processi produttivi industriali.
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
  • Capacità di analisi, problem solving e gestione delle priorità.
  • Ottime doti organizzative
  • Attitudine al lavoro in team e alla collaborazione interfunzionale.
  • Orientamento al risultato, proattività e capacità di operare in autonomia.
