Stiamo cercando un/una Project Lead dinamico/a e orientato/a ai risultati per guidare l'organizzazione nella pianificazione, nell'esecuzione e nella supervisione strategica dei progetti aziendali e delle attività operative quotidiane.

Principali attività:

Project / Program Management

  • Definizione WBS e pianificazione progetto (setup e aggiornamenti)
  • Stima effort, budgeting/forecasting e controllo varianti
  • Governance della delivery (tempi, scope, budget)
  • Leadership esecutiva e gestione stakeholder in contesti complessi

Financial & Business Planning

  • Costruzione business plan e modelli economico-finanziari
  • Analisi ricavi, costi e scostamenti multi-anno
  • Supporto decisionale su sostenibilità e impatti finanziari

Negotiation

  • Negoziazione con fornitori/partner (scope, SLA, condizioni economiche)
  • Definizione accordi sostenibili e allineati agli obiettivi progetto

Executive Stakeholder Management

  • Interazione diretta con C-level e senior stakeholder
  • Gestione steering committee e momenti decisionali
  • Ruolo di single point of contact e guida dei processi decisionali

Executive Reporting & Decision Support

  • Produzione reportistica executive sintetica
  • Traduzione avanzamento progetto in insight e azioni
  • Supporto a governance e comitati direzionali

Workflow & Competenze Tecnologiche

  • Disegno workflow end-to-end e processi scalabili
  • Traduzione esigenze business in modelli operativi
  • Comprensione architetturale per dialogo con IT e fornitori

Team Management

  • Coordinamento risorse junior
  • Assegnazione attività e monitoraggio
  • Mentoring e controllo qualità deliverable
