The posting

Per azienda leader a livello internazionale nella progettazione, ingegnerizzazione e realizzazione di soluzioni complesse ad alto contenuto tecnico, siamo alla ricerca di, siamo alla ricerca di un Proposal Engineer da inserire nell'area operations.

Principali responsabilità

  • Gestire le richieste dei clienti individuando le migliori soluzioni tecnico-commerciali.
  • Analizzare la fattibilità delle proposte tenendo conto dei vincoli tecnici, economici e di budget.
  • Effettuare valutazioni e analisi dei rischi relativi ai nuovi progetti.
  • Supervisionare le attività di fattibilità sviluppate dalla rete Front End e dai distributori.
  • Interfacciarsi costantemente con distributori, agenti, architetti, clienti e stakeholder coinvolti.
  • Verificare e validare le specifiche tecniche predisposte dal Front End.
  • Elaborare offerte tecnico-commerciali complete, evidenziando eventuali criticità tecniche, commerciali o operative.
  • Coordinare e organizzare meeting con le diverse funzioni aziendali coinvolte nella gestione delle commesse e dei progetti.
  • Collaborare con i team Engineering, Sales e Project Management per garantire la migliore proposta tecnica ed economica al cliente.

Requisiti

  • Almeno 2-3 anni di esperienza nel ruolo
  • Preferibile Laurea in Ingegneria Meccanica, Civile o Edile.
  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (livello C1 o superiore).
  • Interesse per ruoli tecnico-commerciali con forte componente di analisi e consulenza.
  • Capacità di interpretare esigenze progettuali e trasformarle in soluzioni concrete e sostenibili.
  • Ottime doti di comunicazione e relazione con interlocutori interni ed esterni.
  • Approccio strutturato, orientamento al problem solving e attenzione ai dettagli.
  • Disponibilità a lavorare prevalentemente dalla sede aziendale (non sono previste trasferte frequenti).

Contratto a tempo indeterminato, range di RAL fino a 45.000 € (Commisurato in base all'esperienza)
