Solida realtà con oltre 30 anni di esperienza nella distribuzione, installazione e manutenzione di sistemi per l'agitazione, il pompaggio e la filtrazione dei fluidi in ambito industriale. Si distingue per soluzioni customizzate e non standard in settori complessi e ad alta tecnologia.

RUOLO

Siamo alla ricerca di un/una Proposal Specialist che supporti il team commerciale nella predisposizione di offerte tecniche e commerciali per progetti in ambito biogas, biometano e settori industriali correlati. La figura sarà il punto di riferimento per la costruzione di proposte strutturate, lavorando a stretto contatto con i referenti tecnici e con i fornitori.

RESPONSABILITÀ

  • Analisi tecnica ed engineering: Analisi delle richieste di clienti e partner per definire le migliori soluzioni di pompaggio, agitazione e filtrazione specifiche per impianti biogas e biometano.
  • Offerte e marginalità: Elaborazione di offerte tecnico-commerciali complete di configurazione prodotti, stesura listini e calcolo preventivo della marginalità, ottimizzando la redditività tramite leve commerciali in linea con le direttive aziendali.
  • Gestione pricing e fornitori: Aggiornamento e gestione dei listini prezzi delle case madri partner; contatto diretto con i fornitori per reperire specifiche tecniche, quotazioni e disponibilità.
  • CRM e tracciamento: Aggiornamento costante del CRM aziendale per monitorare lo stato di offerte, trattative e attività di follow-up.
  • Coordinamento e gare: Collaborazione interna con i reparti service e installazione per allineare l'offerta alle attività operative sul campo; supporto nella preparazione della documentazione tecnica per la partecipazione a gare e bandi.

REQUISITI

  • 3–4 anni di esperienza lavorativa in ruoli analoghi
  • Dimestichezza con strumenti informatici: pacchetto Office (Excel avanzato)
  • Inglese B2 – indispensabile per chiamate con fornitori internazionali
  • Buone doti comunicative e relazionali, sia con il team interno che con clienti e fornitori. 

DETTAGLI CONTRATTUALI

  • Full time, contratto a tempo indeterminato
  • RAL: Range indicativo 40.000€ - 45.000€, commisurata all'effettiva esperienza professionale maturata (il posizionamento specifico sarà oggetto di confronto e approfondimento durante il primo colloquio).
  • Sede: Cerro Maggiore, MI
