Bei der b4dynamics begleitest du Fertigungsunternehmen durch die gesamte ERP-Reise: von der Klärung der Ziele und Prozesse über die Einführung von Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management (F&SCM) bis zum stabilen Betrieb und dem Einsatz von KI im Tagesgeschäft. Als Finance Consultant sorgst du dafür, dass die Finanzprozesse unserer Kunden effizient, transparent und zukunftssicher werden. Dabei bewegst du dich in zwei Welten: der diskreten Fertigung (Maschinen- und Anlagenbau, Textil und Medizintechnik) sowie der Prozessfertigung (Pharma, Chemie und Life Sciences).

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du berätst Kunden bei der Einführung intelligenter ERP-Lösungen auf Basis von Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O / F&SCM
  • Im Bereich Finance und Controlling analysierst du Anforderungen und Prozesse, erkennst Optimierungspotenziale und erarbeitest Lösungskonzepte, Detailspezifikationen und Einführungsstrategien
  • Anwenderschulungen führst du eigenständig durch und bist fachliche Ansprechperson für die Key-User
  • Bei Programmanpassungen arbeitest du eng mit unserer Entwicklung zusammen
  • Gemeinsam mit dem Vertrieb schaffst du in der Pre-Sales-Phase echten Mehrwert für unsere Kunden

Das bringst Du mit

  • Du bringst mindestens 3 Jahre Beratungserfahrung im ERP-Umfeld mit Fokus auf Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O / F&SCM oder Dynamics AX mit
  • Fundiertes Know-how in Finanzbuchhaltung und Controlling bildet deine fachliche Basis
  • Erfahrung in der Prozessfertigung (Pharma, Chemie, Life Sciences) oder der diskreten Fertigung (Maschinen- und Anlagenbau, Textil, Medizintechnik) ist ein Plus, ebenso Kenntnisse im validierten Umfeld
  • Du hast erste Erfahrung als Teilprojektleiter sammeln können und übernimmst proaktiv Verantwortung
  • Deutsch und Englisch sprichst du sicher, jeweils mindestens auf C1-Niveau
