Deine Mission

Die collana Gruppe wächst, und damit wachsen auch die Anforderungen an unser Finance & Performance Management. Als Werkstudent (m/w/d) unterstützt du unseren Financial Controlling & BI Manager im Tagesgeschäft und bei laufenden Projekten.

Dabei erhältst du spannende Einblicke in die finanzielle Steuerung einer Unternehmensgruppe, übernimmst früh Verantwortung für eigene Themen und bringst dein Wissen direkt in die Praxis ein.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du unterstützt bei der Erstellung der monatlichen Reportings, indem du Daten sammelst, prüfst und aufbereitest.
  • Du analysierst Kennzahlen, erstellst aussagekräftige Auswertungen und Dashboards und unterstützt bei der kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung unseres Reportings
  • Du hilfst bei der Vorbereitung von Forecasts und Budgets, zum Beispiel durch das Zusammenstellen von Zahlen aus den Gesellschaften.
  • Du übernimmst kleinere Ad-hoc-Analysen und bereitest Ergebnisse übersichtlich in Excel, Power BI oder PowerPoint auf.
  • Du dokumentierst Reporting- und Controllingprozesse und hilfst dabei, wiederkehrende Abläufe zu vereinfachen.
  • Du unterstützt bei laufenden Projekten im Finanzbereich, zum Beispiel bei der Einführung neuer Auswertungen.

Das bringst Du mit

  • Du studierst Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Finance, Wirtschaftsmathematik oder etwas Vergleichbares und bist noch mindestens 12 Monate eingeschrieben.
  • Du hast Spaß an Zahlen und willst verstehen, was hinter ihnen steckt.
  • Du arbeitest sicher mit Excel. Erste Erfahrungen mit Power BI oder anderen BI-Tools sind von Vorteil, Kenntnisse in Lucanet oder anderen ERP-Systemen ein Plus.
  • Du hast idealerweise bereits Erfahrung mit KI-Tools wie Copilot oder Claude.
  • Du arbeitest sorgfältig und strukturiert und fragst nach, wenn etwas nicht schlüssig ist.
  • Du kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch und Englisch.
  • Du kannst 15 bis 20 Stunden pro Woche arbeiten, in den Semesterferien gern auch mehr.
  • Du wohnst in Hamburg oder kannst in einem hybriden Arbeitsmodell regelmäßig in unserem Büro in Hamburg-Ottensen arbeiten.
