Empresa de engenharia com sede em Florianópolis/SC e mais de 35 anos de atuação no mercado. Atua com consultoria, estudos, fiscalização de obras e desenvolvimento de projetos de Engenharia Civil, com experiência em diferentes regiões do Brasil.

Sua atuação está concentrada principalmente em projetos de subestações de energia e edificações, desenvolvendo soluções nas áreas estrutural, elétrica, hidrossanitária, lógica/telefonia e sistemas de prevenção contra incêndio. A empresa também possui experiência em projetos de diferentes portes e complexidades, atendendo às necessidades de clientes em todo o território nacional. Tem como foco oferecer soluções eficientes e de qualidade, pautadas em técnica apurada, competitividade e ética.

ATIVIDADES

  • Atendimento a clientes via WhatsApp e demais canais;
  • Apoio ao comercial, sem foco inicial em prospecção;
  • Responder clientes, organizar demandas e direcionar para os responsáveis.
  • Apoiar negociações de primeiro nível e realizar follow-up de propostas;
  • Acompanhar demandas de suporte e atendimento;
  • Elaborar/acompanhar indicadores de atendimento e comercial;
  • Emitir notas fiscais e fazer a interface com contabilidade e BPO financeiro;
  • Apoiar pequenas demandas administrativas e compras.

REQUISITOS

  • Ensino superior em andamento ou completo em Administração, Processos Gerenciais, Gestão Empresarial ou áreas correlatas.

  • Contrato CLT

HORÁRIO E LOCAL DE TRABALHO

  • De segunda a sexta-feira, das 8h às 18h.
  • Locas: centro - Florianópolis - SC
