Wat krijg je van ons? De arbeidsvoorwaarden zijn voor de functie van Verpleegkundig Specialist in de Gehandicaptenzorg (AGZ) conform cao Gehandicaptenzorg (FWG 65):

  • Contract: Een jaarcontract van 24-36 uur per week met een uitzicht op een vast dienstverband bij goed functioneren;
  • Salaris: minimaal €4.619,- en maximaal €6.975,- bruto per maand op basis van een 36-urige werkweek;
  • Extra’s: Eindejaarsuitkering van 8,33% van het bruto jaarinkomen en de standaard vakantietoeslag van 8% per jaar;
  • Pensioenopbouw en reiskosten: via Pensioenfonds Zorg & Welzijn, reiskostenvergoeding conform CAO;
  • Ontwikkelmogelijkheden: Volop mogelijkheden om je persoonlijk en professioneel te ontwikkelen;
  • Collega aandragen? Ontvang in totaal een aanbrengbonus van € 500,- netto.

Wat ga je doen? Als Verpleegkundig Specialist in de Gehandicaptenzorg (AGZ) heb je een belangrijke rol in de behandeling van onze cliënten. In een multidisciplinair team werk je als regiebehandelaar samen met collega’s die allemaal hun eigen inhoudelijke expertise inzetten. Als Verpleegkundig Specialist AGZ heb je oog en oor voor het hele verhaal van de client. Je werkt dan ook intensief samen met de cliënt, zijn/haar naasten, collega’s binnen en buiten jouw team en netwerkpartners. Je hebt een uitdagend en veelzijdig takenpakket en houd je bijvoorbeeld bezig met het voeren van intakes, periodieke controles, oppakken van consultvragen en behandeling/evaluatie van medicatie binnen jouw ervaringsgebied. Vanuit jouw professionele attitude en (klinische) expertise coach je jouw collega’s.

Naast jouw rol in de behandeling, is er ruimte voor opleiden, het mee ontwikkelen van beleid en het coachen bij trajecten gericht op innovatie en kwaliteitsverbetering. Jouw mening hierover wordt dan ook erg gewaardeerd!

Waar ga je werken? Je zal als Verpleegkundig Specialist in de Gehandicaptenzorg (AGZ) op meerdere locaties in Amsterdam komen te werken.

Wie ben jij? Als Verpleegkundig Specialist in de Gehandicaptenzorg (AGZ) sta je sterk in je schoenen en ben je in staat om zelfstandig te werken en beslissing te nemen. Je bent krachtig, flexibel, innovatief en hebt goede communicatieve en coachende vaardigheden.

Verder heb/ben je:

  • Een afgeronde HBO-opleiding tot Verpleegkundige;
  • Een afgeronde MANP, of je bent op dit moment de MANP AGZ aan het volgen;
  • Een artikel 14 BIG-registratie als Verpleegkundig Specialist AGZ;
  • Enkele jaren werkervaring binnen de gehandicaptenzorg is een pré;
  • Een uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal.
