Ben jij een enthousiaste en gedreven verpleegkundige die zich graag inzet voor mensen met een verstandelijke beperking? Die ervoor kan zorgen dat mensen zich prettig en veilig kunnen voelen? Word dan onze nieuwe collega op locatie Sloten B in Nieuw Sloten in Amsterdam.

Wat bieden wij? De arbeidsvoorwaarden voor de functie van Verpleegkundige zijn conform de cao Gehandicaptenzorg (FWG 45):

  • Contract: Een jaarcontract van 24-32 uur per week met een uitzicht op een vast dienstverband bij goed functioneren;
  • Salaris: minimaal €3.052,- en maximaal €4.262,- bruto per maand op basis van een 36-urige werkweek;
  • Extra’s: Eindejaarsuitkering van 8,33% van het bruto jaarinkomen en de standaard vakantietoeslag van 8% per jaar;
  • Pensioenopbouw en reiskosten: via Pensioenfonds Zorg & Welzijn, reiskostenvergoeding conform CAO;
  • Ontwikkelmogelijkheden: Volop mogelijkheden om je persoonlijk en professioneel te ontwikkelen;
  • Collega aandragen? Ontvang in totaal een aanbrengbonus van € 500,- netto.

Jij maakt het verschil! Als verpleegkundige speel jij een cruciale rol in de begeleiding en verzorging van cliënten. Samen met een hecht team zorg jij ervoor dat de cliënten krijgen wat ze nodig hebben. Je stelt zorgplannen op, voert deze uit, en je bent het aanspreekpunten voor de familie en betrokkenen.

Waar ga je werken? Nieuw Sloten is een rustige wijk in Amsterdam Nieuw-West met ruime woningen en veel groen en water in de buurt. Hier staat een gebouw van vier etages met woongroepen en appartementen voor mensen met een verstandelijke beperking. Je zal als begeleider gaan werken op de afdeling Sloten B, een afdeling voor mensen die intensieve zorg nodig hebben of voor mensen met autisme.

Wat breng je mee?

  • Je beschikt over een zorgdiploma op MBO 4 niveau;
  • Je bent beschikbaar voor 16 tot 32 uur per week. Je bent flexibel inzetbaar (weekenden, onregelmatige diensten, waak- of slaapdiensten);
  • Je hebt ervaring met de doelgroep EMB (ernstig meervoudige beperking);
  • Je draait je hand niet om voor ADL (Algemene Dagelijkse Levensbehoefte).
