Ben jij een enthousiaste en gedreven verpleegkundige die zich graag inzet voor mensen met een verstandelijke beperking? Die ervoor kan zorgen dat mensen zich prettig en veilig kunnen voelen? Word dan onze nieuwe collega op locatie De Marius Meijboom op IJburg in Amsterdam. Wat bieden wij?

  • Contract: Een jaarcontract van minimaal 28 uur per week met bij goed functioneren uitzicht op een vast dienstverband.
  • Salaris conform CAO Gehandicaptenzorg in schaal FWG 45 (min.€ €3.052 en max. €4.262 o.b.v. een fulltime dienstverband van 36 uur);
  • Eindejaarsuitkering van 8,33% van het bruto jaarinkomen en vakantietoeslag van 8% per jaar;
  • Pensioenopbouw via Pensioenfonds Zorg & Welzijn, collectiviteitskorting op je zorgverzekering en reiskostenvergoeding conform CAO;
  • Persoonlijke ontwikkeling door gerichte trainingen, cursussen en scholing via o.a. Good Habitz;
  • Een bonus van €500 netto bij het aandragen van een collega;
  • Een fietsplan.

Jij maakt het verschil! Als verpleegkundige speel jij een cruciale rol in de begeleiding en verzorging van cliënten. Samen met een hecht team zorg jij ervoor dat de cliënten krijgen wat ze nodig hebben. Je stelt zorgplannen op, voert deze uit, en je bent het aanspreekpunten voor de familie en betrokkenen.

Je bent beschikbaar voor minimaal 28 uur per week. Met name in de nachtdiensten. Daarnaast ben je flexibel inzetbaar (onregelmatige diensten; weekenden, overdag, avonden).

Wat breng je mee?

  • Je beschikt over een zorgdiploma op MBO 4 niveau als verpleegkundige;
  • Je bent beschikbaar voor minimaal 28 uur per week. Met name in de nachtdiensten. Daarnaast ben je flexibel inzetbaar (onregelmatige diensten; weekenden, overdag, avonden);
  • Je hebt ervaring met de doelgroep EMB (ernstig meervoudige beperking);
  • Je draait je hand niet om voor ADL (Algemene Dagelijkse Levensbehoefte).

Waar ga je werken?

De Marius Meijboom bevindt zich op een prachtige plek op IJburg- Amsterdam, en is een samenwerking tussen Cordaan en Ons Tweede Thuis. Op deze locatie wonen of logeren kinderen en volwassenen met een ernstige meervoudige beperking.

De Marius Meijboom bestaat uit 6 woongroepen en een logeergroep. Iedere woning biedt plek voor zes bewoners met eigen slaapkamer, zeer ruime gezamenlijke badkamer, een groot balkon en een mooie, gezellige leefruimte met open keuken. Er is een intensieve samenwerking met ouders.
