Ben jij die Verzorgende IG die de cliënt ziet voor wie hij of zij is? En wil jij ervoor zorgen dat zij op een veilige en prettige manier kunnen wonen? Dan zoeken wij jou! Voor onze locatie Kadoelerbreek zijn wij op zoek naar een Verzorgende IG voor 24-32 uur per week!

Wat krijg je van ons? De arbeidsvoorwaarden voor de functie van Verzorgende IG zijn conform de cao Gehandicaptenzorg (FWG 40):

  • Contract: Een jaarcontract van 24-32 uur per week met een uitzicht op een vast dienstverband bij goed functioneren;
  • Salaris: minimaal €2.893,- en maximaal €3.902,- bruto per maand op basis van een 36-urige werkweek;
  • Extra’s: Eindejaarsuitkering van 8,33% van het bruto jaarinkomen en de standaard vakantietoeslag van 8% per jaar;
  • Pensioenopbouw en reiskosten: via Pensioenfonds Zorg & Welzijn, reiskostenvergoeding conform CAO;
  • Ontwikkelmogelijkheden: Volop mogelijkheden om je persoonlijk en professioneel te ontwikkelen;
  • Collega aandragen? Ontvang in totaal een aanbrengbonus van € 500,- netto.

Wat ga je doen? Als Verzorgende IG ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse zorg en begeleiding van onze bewoners. Je helpt hen met persoonlijke verzorging (zoals wassen, aankleden en medicatietoediening), biedt ondersteuning bij ADL-taken, en voert verpleegtechnische handelingen uit. Je werkt nauw samen met je collega’s om een warme, veilige omgeving te creëren waarin onze cliënten zich thuis voelen en hun zelfstandigheid behouden. Empathie en deskundigheid in het contact met familie en verwanten zijn voor jou vanzelfsprekend.

Waar ga je werken? Kadoelerbreek is een kleine, moderne woonlocatie in een rustige omgeving voor ouderen met een verstandelijke beperking. In vier kleine groepen bieden we intensieve zorg aan cliënten met beginnende dementie, psychische klachten en gedragsproblematiek. Kadoelerbreek heeft ook een gezamenlijke ruimte en een gezellig dakterras. Medewerkers die werkzaam zijn bij Kadoelerbreek ervaren het team als zeer warm en veilig. De samenwerking is goed en er is ten alle tijde respect voor elkaar. Team Kadoelerbreek houdt van de mens en uit dit door een veilige sfeer te creëren waarin de cliënt, maar ook de medewerker, mag zijn wie diegene is.

Wie ben jij? Je bent enthousiast en positief, en hebt een professionele werkhouding. Je kunt zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband werken. Verder heb je:

  • Een zorgdiploma Verzorgende IG (MBO niveau 3);
  • De mogelijkheid om in ieder geval 24 uur per week te werken;
  • Ervaring in de verstandelijk gehandicaptenzorg;
  • Ervaring met ADL-handelingen of je bent bereid om dit te leren;
