The posting

Beth Shalom is voor veel mensen in de Joodse gemeenschap een vertrouwde plek: een huis waar generaties bewoners met warmte, aandacht en respect zijn verzorgd. Diezelfde warmte geven we ook aan onze collega’s.

We zoeken helpenden (plus), verzorgenden IG en verpleegkundigen die willen bijdragen aan zorg die écht betekenis heeft, juist op een plek die voor velen dichtbij het hart ligt.

Over Beth Shalom Beth Shalom is een woonzorgcentrum met een Joodse identiteit, gelegen in het rustige en groene Buitenveldert. Onze bewoners wonen verspreid over vier etages, waarvan drie voor mensen met psychogeriatrische aandoeningen en één voor bewoners met somatische zorgvragen.

Onze cultuur is warm, open en betrokken. We kennen elkaar, letten op elkaar en zorgen samen voor een huis waar bewoners zich veilig en gezien voelen. Hoewel het merendeel van onze bewoners van Joodse komaf is, verwelkomen we collega’s en bewoners van alle achtergronden. Je werkt nauw samen met collega’s, signaleert veranderingen en denkt mee over hoe we de zorg nóg beter kunnen maken. En wanneer het bij jouw functie past, begeleid je leerlingen of stagiaires in hun ontwikkeling.
