This position is based in Lisbon, Portugal (Entrecampos).

What you'll do

  • Support advertisers by chat, email and phone, in Turkish and English
  • Solve technical issues and guide clients through ad tools and features
  • Help businesses get the best results from their campaigns
  • Spot trends and report bugs to improve the platform

What you need

  • Fluent Turkish and English (B2+)
  • Interest in online advertising and technology
  • Comfortable with outbound calls (follow-ups on cases)
  • Flexible for rotating shifts, Monday to Sunday, between 06:00 and 23:00
  • Living in Portugal, with EU work authorisation
