This position is based in Athens, Greece.

What you'll do

  • Support content creators and partners by chat and email
  • Help with account settings, monetization and account recovery
  • Solve technical issues and handle appeals on video removals
  • Guide creators on channel performance (views, subscribers)

What you need

  • Icelandic native or C1
  • English C1
  • Excellent written communication
  • Good PC skills and typing speed of 25+ words per minute
  • No experience needed (online advertising knowledge is a plus)
  • Living in Greece, with EU/EEA work authorisation
