Based in Athens or Thessaloniki, Greece, with remote options for selected teams.

What you'll do

  • Help customers by phone, chat and email with orders, deliveries and invoices
  • Troubleshoot products, devices, appliances and digital services
  • Handle refunds, claims and repairs from start to finish
  • Turn difficult situations into happy customers

What you need

  • Dutch native or C1
  • English B2 (C1 for some teams)
  • Good PC skills and typing speed of 25+ words per minute
  • No experience required for most positions
  • Living in Greece, with EU work authorisation
