Location: Chania, Greece

Based in Chania (Crete), Athens or Thessaloniki, Greece, with remote options for selected teams.

Support Norwegian-speaking customers of well-known brands in streaming, fashion and fintech, from a sunny island, a historic capital or a lively seaside city.

What you'll do

  • Answer questions about accounts, subscriptions, orders and payments
  • Help customers by phone, chat and email

  • Resolve conflicts with empathy and a smile

What you need

  • Norwegian native or C1, written and spoken
  • English B2
  • Customer-oriented, with good conflict-resolution skills
  • No experience required for most positions
  • Living in Greece, with EU/EEA work authorisation
