Based in Athens, Thessaloniki or Chania (Crete), Greece, with remote options for selected teams.

Help Swedish-speaking customers of top brands in fashion, travel, delivery and tech, and choose your base: a lively city or an island by the sea.

What you'll do

  • Help customers by phone, chat and email with orders, deliveries, bookings and payments
  • Handle returns, claims and refunds
  • Troubleshoot products, devices and online services

What you need

  • Swedish native or C1
  • English B2 (C1 for some teams)
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  • No experience required for most positions
  • Living in Greece, with EU work authorisation
