Must Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field preferred
  • Good communication skills, problem-solving ability, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • MCSA and ITIL certification is a plus
  • General Shift (Rotational shifts in future if required)
  • On-site or remote support based on client requirements

Nice to have

  • 2+ years in IT support/Help Desk (L1/L2 roles)
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office/O365, and Outlook
  • Strong knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS)
  • Strong knowledge of Active Directory and Office 365/Azure AD
  • Experience with Remote Desktop tools (RDP)
