Job Description

As an Electrician at Arman Building Maintenance, you will play a vital role in our facility management team. Your expertise will be utilized to maintain and enhance the electrical infrastructure of Arman Building, ensuring the smooth operation of various systems and equipment. This role offers an opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the overall success of our community management services.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections of electrical systems to identify and address potential issues.
  • Diagnose and repair electrical faults, ensuring timely resolution of problems.
  • Install and maintain electrical equipment, including lighting, power outlets, and control systems.
  • Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with other facility management teams to coordinate maintenance activities.
  • Respond to emergency calls and provide prompt solutions to electrical emergencies.
  • Maintain accurate records of electrical maintenance and repairs.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in electrical systems.
  • Provide training and guidance to junior staff members on electrical safety practices.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Electrician, preferably in a facility management setting.
  • A recognized electrical trade certification or diploma.
  • In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, including wiring, circuits, and control panels.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills for diagnosing complex electrical issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with building maintenance software and documentation systems.
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel for on-site maintenance.
  • A proactive approach to safety and a commitment to continuous professional development.
