Job Description

As a Painter at Arman Building Maintenance you will play a vital role in maintaining and improving the aesthetic value of our properties. Your expertise will be utilized to deliver exceptional painting services, ensuring a professional and appealing finish. This role offers an opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the overall success of our building maintenance projects.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming as needed.
  • Apply paint, stains, or coatings to interior and exterior surfaces using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
  • Select appropriate paint and materials based on the surface and desired finish.
  • Ensure a smooth and even application of paint, paying attention to detail and achieving a professional look.
  • Mask or cover areas to be protected from paint, using the appropriate techniques and materials.
  • Mix paints to achieve desired colors, following specified formulas or color charts.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to coordinate painting projects and ensure timely completion.
  • Keep updated records of painting jobs, including materials used, costs, and completion dates.
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and addressing any concerns.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Painter or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of painting techniques, tools, and materials.
  • Ability to read and interpret basic architectural drawings and specifications.
  • Excellent eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Physical stamina and the ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
  • Valid driving license and the ability to travel to different job sites as required.
  • Good communication skills for effective collaboration with colleagues and clients.
  • Basic understanding of health and safety regulations related to painting.
  • Willingness to undergo training and stay updated with industry trends and advancements.
  • A positive attitude and a passion for creating visually appealing spaces.
