Job Description

As a Multi Technician, you will play a vital role in maintaining the smooth functioning of our facility management building. Your expertise and versatility will be key in ensuring the building's systems and equipment are well-maintained and operational. You will be part of a dynamic team, working collaboratively to deliver exceptional service and maintain the highest standards of facility management.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical equipment.
  • Respond to emergency calls and address critical issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Conduct regular inspections and identify potential problems or areas of improvement.
  • Install, troubleshoot, and repair various building systems and equipment.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with other technicians and facility management staff to ensure seamless operations.
  • Provide excellent customer service to building occupants and address their maintenance requests promptly.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in facility management.
  • Assist in training and mentoring junior technicians, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
  • Ensure a safe and secure work environment by adhering to health and safety protocols.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in facility management or building maintenance.
  • Strong knowledge of building systems and equipment, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
  • A proactive and organized approach to work, with a focus on delivering high-quality service.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Valid certifications or licenses related to building maintenance or facility management (e.g., HVAC, electrical, plumbing) are preferred.
  • Familiarity with computer systems and basic software for maintenance record-keeping.
  • Willingness to undergo further training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • A positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
