Job Description

As a Plumber at Arman Building Maintenance Company, you will play a crucial role in our facility management team. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee and execute plumbing works across our buildings, ensuring the smooth functioning of all plumbing systems. This role is perfect for an experienced and licensed plumber who is passionate about delivering exceptional maintenance services.

Responsibilities

  • Inspect, maintain, and repair plumbing systems, fixtures, and equipment in residential and commercial buildings.
  • Respond to emergency calls and provide timely solutions to plumbing issues.
  • Install and replace plumbing fixtures, pipes, and fittings as per industry standards.
  • Conduct regular maintenance checks to identify potential problems and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with other maintenance teams to coordinate plumbing projects and ensure efficient building operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of all plumbing work, including repairs, installations, and maintenance activities.
  • Stay updated with the latest plumbing technologies and techniques to enhance efficiency and service quality.
  • Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with building residents and clients.
  • Ensure a safe working environment by adhering to health and safety regulations at all times.

Qualifications

  • A valid plumbing license issued by the UAE authorities is mandatory.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in plumbing maintenance and repair, preferably in a facility management setting.
  • Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Good physical condition and the ability to lift heavy objects.
  • Effective communication skills for interacting with clients and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in using plumbing tools and equipment, including pipe threading machines and soldering tools.
  • A valid UAE driving license is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by the job.
