The posting

Zur Unterstützung unseres Teams ‚Account Management‘ suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen (Senior) Account Manager (all genders) – Public Sektor in Ingelheim am Rhein.

Aufgaben

  • Sie verantworten die Entwicklung und Umsetzung individueller Account-Pläne und positionieren DATAGROUP als langfristiger Digitalisierungspartner
  • Sie identifizieren Cross- und Upselling-Potenziale innerhalb bestehender Behörden- und Institutionsstrukturen
  • Sie steuern den gesamten Bid-Prozess, inklusive Kalkulation, Risikoanalyse sowie Angebotsabgabe und koordinieren interne Fachbereiche
  • Sie pflegen langfristige Beziehungen auf Fach- und Leitungsebene und repräsentieren DATAGROUP bei Fachveranstaltungen, Branchentreffen und öffentlichen Gremien
  • Sie analysieren Vergabeunterlagen (z. B. EVB-IT, VgV, UVgO) und verhandeln Rahmenverträge, Leistungsvereinbarungen sowie Nachträge
  • Sie sammeln und bewerten Wettbewerbsaktivitäten und sind für eine strategische Positionierung zuständig

Skills

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder alternativ ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs
  • Mindestens sechs Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Sales und/oder Account Management in der IT-Dienstleistungsbranche
  • Erfahrung im Vertrieb von IT-Outsourcing-Services und Managed Services
  • Nachweisliche Erfahrung mit öffentlichen Ausschreibungen und Vergabeverfahren
  • Verhandlungsgeschick auf C-Level sowie die Fähigkeit, schnell, empathisch und vertrauensvoll auf unterschiedliche Kundenbedürfnisse einzugehen
  • Überzeugende Persönlichkeit mit positiver Ausstrahlung und einem souveränen, kompetenten Auftreten
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke und Begeisterung für IT
  • Bereitschaft zu Dienstreisen innerhalb des Rhein-Main-Gebiets
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
