The posting

Zur Unterstützung unseres Teams „Infrastructure Public“ suchen wir für einen langfristigen Kundeneinsatz (Senior) Linux Engineers (all genders) – SUSE / RHEL & Automation.

Für den Einsatz suchen wir drei Rollen mit unterschiedlichen fachlichen Schwerpunkten in den Bereichen Linux-Administration und -Betrieb, Middleware sowie Automatisierung.

Aufgaben

  • Administration, Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung von Linux-Systemen auf Basis von SUSE und Red Hat Enterprise Linux
  • Installation, Konfiguration, Wartung und Absicherung von Linux-Umgebungen
  • Sicherstellung eines stabilen und zuverlässigen Systembetriebs
  • Analyse und Behebung von Störungen und Performanceproblemen
  • Automatisierung wiederkehrender Betriebsprozesse und Deployments mit Ansible und GitLab
  • Betreuung von Linux-Middleware, Datenbanken und Container-Plattformen
  • Patchmanagement, Monitoring, Logging und Systemoptimierung
  • Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung hochverfügbarer Linux-Infrastrukturen
  • Umsetzung von Sicherheitsmaßnahmen, z. B. mit SELinux, AppArmor und SSH
  • Begleitung von Changes, Migrationen und technischen Weiterentwicklungen
  • Erstellung technischer Dokumentationen und Konzepte

Skills

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Administration und im Support von Linux-Systemen
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in SUSE und/oder Red Hat Enterprise Linux
  • Fundierte Erfahrung in Linux-Systemverwaltung, Troubleshooting und Systemoptimierung
  • Erfahrung mit Ansible, GitLab und automatisierten Deployment-Prozessen
  • Kenntnisse in Docker, Kubernetes und/oder OpenShift
  • Erfahrung mit Linux-Middleware wie JBoss, Apache, Tomcat und Nginx
  • Kenntnisse in MariaDB und PostgreSQL, idealerweise inklusive Replikation und Performance-Optimierung
  • Erfahrung mit Monitoring und Logging, z. B. Zabbix, Prometheus, ELK und SUSE Manager
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Shell, Python und YAML
  • Grundlegendes Verständnis von TCP/IP und Netzwerk-Technologien
  • Erfahrung mit Change Management und ITIL
  • Erfahrung in Open-Source-Projekten sowie bei technischen Migrations- und Organisationsvorhaben
  • Aktuelle Linux-Zertifizierung, z. B. Red Hat, SUSE oder LPIC, von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (C1)
