Zur Verstärkung unseres interdisziplinären AI-Teams suchen wir dich als

AI Adoption Manager*

Als AI Adoption Manager nutzt du moderne Technologien und Plattformen rund um künstliche Intelligenz, Automatisierung und Datenmanagement, darunter Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Power Apps, Azure AI Foundry, SAP Joule, SAP Build Apps und SAP Build Process Automation.

In dieser Rolle ist Homeoffice und mobiles Arbeiten innerhalb Deutschlands an insgesamt 9 Tagen/Monat möglich (auf Basis einer Vollzeittätigkeit).

Das erwartet dich:

  • Du treibst die Einführung und nachhaltige Nutzung gruppenweiter KI-Lösungen in der DAW (bspw. Microsoft Copilot) voran.
  • Du verantwortest Enablement-, Schulungs- und Kommunikationsprogramme rund um künstliche Intelligenz.
  • Du konzipierst und moderierst Workshops, Trainings, Community-Formate und Lernangebote für Mitarbeiter.
  • Gemeinsam mit den anderen Mitgliedern unseres interdisziplinären AI-Teams baust du eine unternehmensweite AI Community auf.
  • Du beobachtest kontinuierlich den Markt für KI-Technologien und identifizierst relevante Innovationen für unsere Mitarbeiter.
  • Du entwickelst Maßnahmen zur Steigerung der Adoption und misst den Erfolg von AI-Initiativen anhand geeigneter Kennzahlen.
  • Du fungierst als Schnittstelle zwischen Technologie, Change Management und Anwendern und sorgst dafür, dass KI im Arbeitsalltag echten Mehrwert schafft.

Das bringst du mit:

  • Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaft, Digitalisierung, Kommunikation, Personalentwicklung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Du hast eine starke Leidenschaft für künstliche Intelligenz sowie fundierte Kenntnisse im Microsoft-Copilot-Umfeld.
  • Du hast belastbare Erfahrungswerte in der Konzeption und Durchführung von Enablement-, Schulungs- oder Change-Management-Programmen. Zusätzlich warst du bereits erfolgreich im Community Management sowie in der Gestaltung moderner Lernformate.
  • Dein Verständnis für digitale Arbeitsplatzlösungen und den produktiven Einsatz von KI im Unternehmensumfeld zeichnet dich aus.
  • Du hast mindestens Grundkenntnisse im Prompt Engineering und entsprechende praktische Erfahrung im Umgang mit generativer KI.
  • Du verfügst über ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten gepaart mit hoher Eigenmotivation, Neugier und Begeisterung für technologische Innovationen.
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
