Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams im Bereich Corporate Strategy suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen

AI Strategy Manager*

In dieser Rolle ist Homeoffice und mobiles Arbeiten innerhalb Deutschlands an insgesamt 9 Tagen/Monat möglich (auf Basis einer Vollzeittätigkeit).

Das erwartet dich:

  • Du gestaltest aktiv die Zukunft der DAW SE mit und prägst die strategische AI-Ausrichtung der Unternehmensgruppe maßgeblich mit.
  • Du arbeitest in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Geschäftsleitung, stehst im direkten Austausch mit dem Eigentümer sowie den Mitgliedern der Geschäftsführung und fungierst als AI-Botschafter des Managements.
  • Du verantwortest strategisch relevante AI-Initiativen sowie die AI-Strategie und stärkst damit nachhaltig die Innovationskraft und Wettbewerbsfähigkeit der DAW SE.
  • Du bewegst dich über Funktionsgrenzen hinweg, vertrittst das Thema AI aktiv in den Fachbereichen und identifizierst gemeinsam mit den Business-Bereichen relevante Use Cases und Wertschöpfungspotenziale.
  • Du wirst Teil eines hochmotivierten und strategieerfahrenen Teams mit anspruchsvollen Aufgaben, hoher Eigenverantwortung, großer Sichtbarkeit im Unternehmen und einer steilen Lernkurve.

Das bringst du mit:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes MINT-Studium, z. B. in Data Science, (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung.
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im AI-Umfeld sowie ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis aktueller Technologien, Trends und Anwendungsfelder.
  • Erfahrung in der Analyse komplexer AI-Märkte sowie in der Identifikation und Bewertung von Markt-, Geschäfts- und Anwendungspotenzialen.
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der erfolgreichen Anwendung von AI-Lösungen im Unternehmensumfeld sowie ein souveräner Umgang mit internen und externen Stakeholdern auf unterschiedlichen Ebenen.
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke, eine selbstständige und proaktive Arbeitsweise, sehr gute Englischkenntnisse sowie die Fähigkeit, komplexe AI-Themen adressatengerecht zu vermitteln; Branchenkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
