Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams im Bereich HRM & People Analytics suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen

HR Analytics & Excellence Manager*

In dieser Rolle ist Homeoffice und mobiles Arbeiten innerhalb Deutschlands an insgesamt 9 Tagen/Monat möglich (auf Basis einer Vollzeittätigkeit).

Das erwartet dich:

  • Du verantwortest den konzernweiten HR-Planungs- und Vorschauprozess und entwickelst diesen kontinuierlich weiter. Dabei koordinierst du die Prozesse in enger Zusammenarbeit mit HR Business Partnern, Fachbereichen und Controlling.
  • Du fungierst als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen der HR-Organisation und dem Controlling der DAW Gruppe und sorgst für eine enge Verzahnung der Personal- und Finanzplanung.
  • Du begleitest Transformations-, Organisations- und Restrukturierungsprojekte als HR Controlling-Ansprechpartner und bewertest deren Auswirkungen auf Strukturen, Personalkosten und Kapazitäten.
  • Du verantwortest HR-seitig die Unterstützung des Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlusses und stehst als kompetenter Ansprechpartner für personalwirtschaftliche Fragestellungen zur Verfügung.
  • Du analysierst Personal- und Organisationsdaten, identifizierst Trends und leitest Handlungsempfehlungen und Entscheidungsgrundlagen für das Management ab.
  • Du nutzt moderne Analytics-, Automatisierungs- und KI-Ansätze, um die Transparenz und Effizienz in den HR-Steuerungsprozessen weiter zu erhöhen.

Das bringst du mit:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Personalmanagement oder vergleichbaren Fachrichtungen.
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich HR Controlling, People Analytics, Personalplanung, Controlling oder vergleichbaren Funktionen.
  • Erfahrung in der Begleitung von Organisations-, Transformations- oder Restrukturierungsprojekten.
  • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten sowie ein sehr gutes Verständnis für betriebswirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge.
  • Hohe Affinität zu HR-Systemen (idealerweise Erfahrung mit Workday), Reporting-Lösungen und digitalen Technologien.
  • Kommunikationsstärke sowie die Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte adressatengerecht aufzubereiten und zu vermitteln.
