Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams im Bereich HRM & People Analytics suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen

HR Analytics & Excellence Professional*

In dieser Rolle ist Homeoffice und mobiles Arbeiten innerhalb Deutschlands an insgesamt 9 Tagen/Monat möglich (auf Basis einer Vollzeittätigkeit).

Das erwartet dich:

  • Du verantwortest die Durchführung und Weiterentwicklung des gruppenweiten HR Reportings mit dem Ziel, Transparenz, Entscheidungsqualität und Effizienz nachhaltig zu steigern.
  • Du identifizierst und setzt KI- und Automatisierungspotenziale im Reporting- und Analyseumfeld um, sodass manuelle Aufwände reduziert werden und Analysen schneller verfügbar sind.
  • Du entwickelst Dashboards, Self Service Analytics und Management Cockpits in unserem HRM-System Workday für Führungskräfte und HR.
  • Du übersetzt komplexe Daten in verständliche Storylines und Entscheidungsvorlagen für Management und Fachbereiche.
  • Du sicherst hohe Datenqualität als Grundlage für belastbare Analysen, Automatisierungen und KI-Anwendungen ab.

Das bringst du mit:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Personalmanagement, Data Science oder vergleichbaren Fachrichtungen.
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich HR Reporting, People Analytics, HR Controlling oder vergleichbaren Funktionen.
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Datenanalyse, Reporting und Visualisierung.
  • Hohes Interesse an KI und deren praktischer Anwendung im HR-Umfeld.
  • Ausgeprägtes analytisches Verständnis sowie die Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich zu kommunizieren.
  • Erfahrung mit Workday oder vergleichbaren HR-Systemen wünschenswert.
