Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams im Bereich IT Business Application Solutions suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen

IT SAP Transportation Management (TM) Business Consultant*

Als Teil des Teams trägst du maßgeblich zur Weiterentwicklung und dem Roll-out unserer SAP S/4HANA-Landschaft bei. Du bist Experte für den Bereich Versand & Transport und berätst unsere internen Kunden bezüglich ihrer bestehenden IT-Lösungen und stellst Optimierungen sicher.

In dieser Rolle ist Homeoffice und mobiles Arbeiten innerhalb Deutschlands an insgesamt 9 Tagen/Monat möglich (auf Basis einer Vollzeittätigkeit).

Das erwartet dich:

  • Du bist als Mitglied unseres IT Logistik Teams für die Beratung und Umsetzung von Lösungen im Bereich SAP TM und LE (Logistics Execution) für unsere internationalen Standorte verantwortlich.
  • Im Rahmen unseres S/4HANA-Rollout-Programms implementierst du neue Technologien wie Fiori und bist Ansprechpartner im 2nd Level Support.
  • Du moderierst Workshops zur Definition von Kundenanforderungen, verantwortest das technische Design sowie die anschließende Implementierung von komplexen Logistiklösungen, indem du das Customizing durchführst und externe Berater steuerst. Dabei betreibst du aktives Lieferantenmanagement für die Dienstleister in deinem Bereich.
  • Du erhältst Zeit und Raum, dich technisch auf dem neuesten Stand zu halten und stellst damit die Implementierung von effizienten und nachhaltigen Lösungen sicher.
  • Durch dein tiefes Wissen des SAP Standards identifizierst du Verbesserungspotentiale in der Systemlandschaft und treibst Optimierungen aktiv voran.
  • Du übernimmst bei Bedarf (Teil-) Projektleiteraufgaben in deinem Verantwortungsbereich.

Das bringst du mit:

  • Als logistikbegeisterter SAP Berater konntest du während deiner mehrjährigen Berufspraxis tiefes Wissen im Customizing (TM, LE) und end-to-end-Prozessdesign sammeln.
  • Zusätzlich verfügst du über Kenntnisse bezüglich der Integration zu angrenzenden Modulen wie SAP EWM, SD und EH&S - idealerweise sind ABAP und debuggen für dich keine Fremdwörter.
  • Mit deiner Erfahrung in der Prozessanalyse und -optimierung implementierst du Lösungen nach Best-Practices über verschiedene Komplexitätsgrade für unsere nationalen und internationalen Geschäftsbereiche. Es macht dir Spaß, Prozesse ganzheitlich zu konzipieren und zu realisieren und dich in neue Technologien einzuarbeiten.
  • Du bist eine proaktive Persönlichkeit und hast Freude an der Arbeit im Team gepaart mit überzeugendem Auftreten und Durchsetzungsstärke; deine lösungsorientierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise zeichnet dich aus.
  • Du überzeugst mit sehr guten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch und bist europaweit reisebereit im Rahmen internationaler Projekte (< 20 %).
