Im Profi- und auch DIY-Geschäft sind wir mit unseren bekannten Marken Caparol und Alpina Marktführer.

Zur Komplettierung unseres Teams der IT Governance suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen

IT Service Engineer*

In dieser Rolle ist Homeoffice und mobiles Arbeiten innerhalb Deutschlands an insgesamt 9 Tagen/Monat möglich (auf Basis einer Vollzeittätigkeit).

Das erwartet dich:

  • Du unterstützt das Servicemanagement durch die Durchführung von ITIL-basierten Prozessen wie Incident-, Problem-, Change- und Request-Management. Dafür gewährleistest du die Aufrechterhaltung einer hohen Datenqualität in ITSM-Systemen und erstellst KPI-Dashboards und Service-Performance-Berichte. ​
  • Du entwickelst ITSM- und assetbezogene Prozesse aktiv weiter und implementierst unterstützende Workflows innerhalb des Service-Management-Tools, um Effizienz, Transparenz und Standardisierung zu verbessern. Du analysierst Service-Performance und Prozesskennzahlen und leitest daraus gezielte Maßnahmen zur Verbesserung von Qualität, Effizienz und Compliance ab.
  • Du stellst die administrative Governance und Compliance durch Pflege und Aktualisierung der Servicedokumentation (SLAs, SOPs, Prozessdokumente, Servicekatalog), Unterstützung bei Audits, der Erfassung von Compliance-Nachweisen und Governance-Überprüfungen sicher. Im Zuge dessen steuerst du die Verfolgung von Risiken, Verbesserungsmaßnahmen und Prozessabweichungen​.
  • Du bist verantwortlich für die Analyse wiederkehrender Probleme und Unterstützung bei der Dokumentation der Ursachen sowie die Koordination operativer Themen mit internen Teams und externen Anbietern.​
  • In deiner Rolle pflegst du Knowledge-Base-Artikel und Benutzerdokumentationen, unterstützt bei der Automatisierung und Verbesserung von Arbeitsabläufen (z. B. mit Power Automate). Dein Ziel ist die Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen innerhalb unserer ITSM-Prozesse inklusive der selbständigen Umsetzung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen
  • Das Asset-Management treibst du durch Pflege und Aktualisierung von IT-Asset-Daten (Geräte, Lizenzen, Konfigurationen) innerhalb von ITSM/CMDB. Dafür unterstützt du das Lebenszyklusmanagement und stellst die Genauigkeit, Vollständigkeit und Compliance der Asset-Datensätze sicher.​

Das bringst du mit:

  • Du verfügst über eine passende Qualifikation aus dem IT-Umfeld gepaart mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung in einer IT-Rolle mit Bezug zu den Kernthemen der Rolle.
  • Idealerweise konntest du Zertifikate wie ITIL, COBIT oder vergleichbar erfolgreich abschließen.
  • Du hast Erfahrung in der Analyse und Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen, im Reporting oder im Umgang mit KPIs und Daten.
  • Du arbeitest lösungsorientiert und hast den Anspruch, Transparenz, Standardisierung und Effizienz nachhaltig zu verbessern.
  • Du besitzt ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und bist in der Lage, komplexe Sachverhalte sowohl technischen als auch nicht-technischen Ansprechpartnern zu vermitteln.​
  • Du arbeitest kollaborativ in einem funktionsübergreifenden und internationalen Team. Darüber hinaus agierst du sicher in der Steuerung externer Berater.
  • Du verfügst über solide englische Sprachkenntnisse für die internationale Zusammenarbeit.
