Zur Komplettierung unseres Teams der IT Governance suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen

IT Service Manager*

Möglicher Dienstsitz zur Ausübung dieser Rolle ist jeder DAW-Standort innerhalb Deutschlands. In dieser Rolle ist Homeoffice und mobiles Arbeiten innerhalb Deutschlands an insgesamt 9 Tagen/Monat möglich (auf Basis einer Vollzeittätigkeit).

Das erwartet dich:

  • Du gestaltest die Roadmap und verantwortest den Rollout unserer IT-Service-Management-Strategie (DAW-weit) mit dem Ziel, ein einheitliches Service-Erlebnis und entsprechendes Verständnis zu schaffen. Im Zuge dessen überwachst du IT-Service-Management -Prozesse wie Incident-, Problem- und Change-Management, um Störungen zu minimieren und die Zuverlässigkeit der IT-Services zu steigern.
  • Aus deiner Rolle steuerst du die Entwicklung einer Strategie zur wachsenden Professionalisierung und Harmonisierung unserer nationalen wie internationalen IT-Service-Strukturen sowie die Konzeption neuer effizienter Ideen und Prozesse. Ein erfolgreiches Charge Back Management sorgt für Transparenz und sichert die Einhaltung klarer finanzieller Verantwortlichkeiten. Zudem verantwortest du in deiner Rolle das Asset Management inklusive der Weiterentwicklung der Prozesse.
  • Durch Definition und Etablierung eines einheitlichen Qualitätsstandards für globale und lokale Service Level Agreements (SLA) hebst du unser Service Delivery Management auf die nächste Stufe, sorgst für mehr Transparenz und treibst durch kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Leistungen die Kundenzufriedenheit weiter voran.
  • Dein Service Performance Monitoring umfasst die Überwachung und Berichterstattung über Service-Performance-Kennzahlen, um Potentiale zu identifizieren und die Servicebereitstellung zu optimieren.
  • Die Moderation und Aufbereitung der IT Service Meetings mit Vertretern der IT Service Units ist wichtiger Teil deiner Aufgabe. Zusätzlich bist im dauerhaften Austausch mit Service Ownern, IT-Teams und weiteren Stakeholdern in der Organisation, um die Servicequalität zu verbessern und eine Kultur der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung und operativen Exzellenz zu fördern sowie Governance-Standards zu sichern.
  • Deine Initiativen zahlen sehr aktiv auf die weitere Entwicklung der Kultur von Verantwortlichkeit, Transparenz und kontinuierlicher Verbesserung innerhalb der IT-Organisation ein.

Das bringst du mit:

  • Du verfügst über ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • In deinen vorherigen Rollen konntest du bereits fundierte Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement und Aufbau eines IT Service Managements, dessen Prozessen (z.B. COBIT oder ITIL) sowie nachweisbare Erfolge in der Einführung eines internationalen IT Service Managements sammeln.
  • Du hast Freude an der Motivation und Befähigung von Menschen mit dem Ziel einer kontinuierlichen Verbesserung und operativer Exzellenz, besitzt eine Leidenschaft für Organisationsentwicklung in der IT sowie vernetztes Handeln abseits klassischer Hierarchiestrukturen, Arbeitsumgebungen und Silos.
  • Du hast deine große Stärke in der Steuerung multipler Stakeholder und managest zu jeder Zeit den Spagat zwischen strategischer Konzeptionsfähigkeit und prozessorientiertem Denken in Verbindung mit einer pragmatischen Hands-on-Mentalität.
  • Dich zeichnet ein hohes Maß an integrativer und gleichermaßen durchsetzungsstarker Kommunikationsfähigkeit in deutscher und - im Rahmen internationaler Zusammenarbeit - in englischer Sprache aus.
