Wir bauen unser leistungsstarkes Vertriebsteam auf und suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt dich als

Planer- und Objektberater* im Raum Frankfurt a. M./Darmstadt/Wiesbaden

Das erwartet dich:​

  • Du verantwortest im Raum Frankfurt am Main/Darmstadt/Wiesbaden die objektorientierte Marktbearbeitung sowie den -Ausbau der zugeordneten potenzialstarken regionalen Planer und Verarbeiter (z.B. Wohnungswirtschaft, Architekten und Schlüsselkunden)​
  • Du machst neue Objekte gemäß Vorgaben ausfindig und versiehst sie mit notwendigen Informationen, einschließlich der Identifikation von Ansprechpartnern.​
  • Du pflegst Objekte im CRM, bereitest sie für Besprechungen vor und führst dabei auch Aufräumarbeiten durch.​
  • Du leitest Objektrunden mit Vertriebsorganisationen, klärst Zuständigkeiten und dokumentierst die vereinbarte Vorgehensweise.​
  • Du begleitest Objekte bis zur Schlussphase und arbeitest eng mit dem Vertrieb zusammen, um eine lückenlose Nachverfolgung sicherzustellen.​
  • Du führst Jahresgespräche, vereinbarst Provisionszahlungen an Dritte, erstellst Ausschreibungen und überträgst Leistungsverzeichnisse auf DAW-Produkte.

Das bringst du mit:​

  • Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium als Architekt, Bauingenieur/Bautechniker oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation als Maler- und Lackierer, Stuckateur mit Meisterausbildung.​
  • Du bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Außendienst oder als Bauleiter mit.​
  • Du kannst Erfolge in der positiven Arbeit mit „Beeinflussern“ nachweisen.​
  • Du hast gute Präsentations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie ein gutes Zahlenverständnis und tiefes Produktwissen.​
  • Du arbeitest systematisch und strukturiert und bist ein Teamplayer mit hoher Begeisterungsfähigkeit.​
  • Du kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch und Englisch und kannst mit MS-Office-Anwendungen umgehen.​
  • Du bringst eine hohe Reisebereitschaft mit und hast deinen Wohnsitz im Raum Frankfurt am Main/Darmstadt/Wiesbaden.
