Zur Verstärkung unserer Group Portfolio Division "Protective Solutions" suchen wir dich als weiteren

Portfolio Operations Specialist*

In dieser Rolle ist Homeoffice und mobiles Arbeiten innerhalb Deutschlands an insgesamt 9 Tagen/Monat möglich (auf Basis einer Vollzeittätigkeit).

Das erwartet dich:

  • Du unterstützt bei der Erstellung und Pflege von Produktdokumentationen wie Produktdatenblättern, Leistungserklärungen, Mastertexten, Etiketten und Anwendungshinweisen
  • Du koordinierst die Übersetzung und lokale Freigabe der bereitgestellten Dokumente durch die jeweiligen Länder.
  • Du pflegst kontinuierlich Produkt-, Stamm- und Portfoliodaten (z. B. Produkterstellungen, Produktlistungen und Auslaufmodelle) in den relevanten Datenbanken und sorgst für aktuelle, genaue sowie konzernweit konsistente Informationen und einen reibungslosen Datenfluss in nachgelagerte Systeme wie das Produktinformationssystem (PIM).
  • Du unterstützt das Tagesgeschäft, die interne Korrespondenz sowie Projekte des Portfolios und verfolgst operative Aufgaben und Projektaktivitäten innerhalb der Portfolio-Divisionen sowie an wichtigen Schnittstellen auf Konzern- und lokaler Ebene.
  • Du arbeitest divisionsübergreifend mit den Portfolio-Divisionen zusammen, um Prozesse abzustimmen, Standards zu fördern und vorübergehende Kapazitätsspitzen abzudecken.
  • Du unterstützt das Portfoliomanagement bei Aufgaben, Prozessen, Projekten und Produkteinführungen und fungierst als zentraler Ansprechpartner erster Ebene für Länder und interne Stakeholder zur effizienten Koordination und Weiterleitung von Anfragen.

Das bringst du mit:

  • Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Berufsausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation und idealerweise über mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position (bspw. in der Verwaltung von Produkten innerhalb eines Produktlebenszyklus).
  • Du verstehst idealerweise die Besonderheiten bei der Arbeit mit 2- oder mehrkomponentigen Produkten und/oder Systemen. Idealerweise konntest du bereits Branchenerfahrung im Bereich Bautenschutz sammeln.
  • Du agierst sehr lösungsorientiert, arbeitest eigenständig und besitzt eine analytische Denkweise. Herausforderungen gehst du strukturiert an und es gelingt dir, komplexe Informationen zu verstehen und zu analysieren.
  • Als kommunikationsstarker Teamplayer hast du Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen (internationalen) Stakeholdern.
  • Du konntest bereits sichere Anwenderkenntnisse in den gängigen MS Office-Anwendungen aufbauen, vorzugsweise ergänzt durch Berührungspunkte als SAP-Anwender
  • Du kommunizierst sicher in Deutsch und – im Rahmen internationaler Zusammenarbeit – ebenfalls in Englisch. Deine grundsätzliche Bereitschaft zu gut planbaren und kürzeren Dienstreisen ins In- und Ausland setzen wir voraus.
