Zur Verstärkung unseres mehrköpfigen und gruppenweit agierenden Sustainability-Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen weiteren

Sustainability Professional* Life Cycle Assessment

In dieser Rolle ist Homeoffice und mobiles Arbeiten innerhalb Deutschlands an insgesamt 9 Tagen/Monat möglich (auf Basis einer Vollzeittätigkeit).

Das erwartet dich:

  • Du erstellst produktbezogene Ökobilanzen (LCA) und Umweltproduktdeklarationen (EPD) nach Maßgabe aktueller Standards (z. B. EN 15804+A2) und berücksichtigst dabei auch komplexe Scope-3-Aspekte.
  • Daneben begleitest und steuerst du eigenverantwortlich EPD-Verifizierungsprozesse im nationalen und internationalen Umfeld in Zusammenarbeit mit den zuständigen Programmhaltern (z. B. IBU, EPD Hub).
  • Die Gestaltung und Weiterentwicklung von digitalen Prozessen, Skripten (z. B. Python) und Schnittstellen, um die Informationsbereitstellung und das Rohstoff-Mapping für die Erstellung von EPDs und LCAs zu automatisieren, ist ebenfalls zentraler Teil deiner Aufgabe.
  • Du bist verantwortlich für den strategischen Aufbau und die Pflege eines SAP-basierten Zertifikatsmanagements zur Verzahnung von ERP-Daten mit LCA-Systemen für produktbezogene Zertifikate und Umweltsiegel.
  • Dich erwartet eine spannende, abwechslungsreiche und facettenreiche Schnittstellenfunktion zu vielen internen Abteilungen (F&E, Produktmanagement) der DAW sowie relevanten externen Stakeholdern.
  • Darüber hinaus bietet die Rolle eine steile Lernkurve bei einem erfolgreichen Player im inhabergeführten deutschen Mittelstand.

Das bringst du mit:

  • Du verfügst über ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes naturwissenschaftliches, technisches oder kaufmännisches Studium und konntest bereits fundierte praktische Kenntnisse im Bereich der Lifecycle Analyse und Ökobilanzierung sowie in der Anwendung zugehöriger Software (z. B. OpenLCA, OneClick LCA) und Datenbanksysteme (z. B. ecoinvent) gewinnen.
  • Du bist Teamplayer, agierst aber ebenso gern als zentraler Fachexperte eigenverantwortlich und mit einem hohen Maß an Gestaltungsfreiheit; das komplexe und dynamische Umfeld innerhalb unserer Matrixstruktur empfindest du dabei als spannende Herausforderung.
  • Zusätzlich zeichnet dich deine proaktive Persönlichkeit, eine systematische Arbeitsweise sowie dein Fokus auf pragmatische Lösungsansätze bei der Analyse von bestehenden und Gestaltung bzw. Weiterentwicklung von neuen Prozessen und Standards aus.
  • Du besitzt ein gutes Gespür für die Sichtweisen verschiedener interner und externer Anspruchsgruppen und kannst die daraus resultierenden Anforderungen adressatengerecht transportieren.
  • Du besitzt eine hohe IT-Affinität (Datenbanken, APIs, skriptbasierte Automatisierung), idealerweise ergänzt durch fundierte SAP-Anwenderkenntnisse zur Datenintegration.
  • Mit deinen sehr guten Deutsch- und Englischkenntnissen kommunizierst du sicher und überzeugend über alle Hierarchieebenen, sowohl im nationalen als auch im internationalen Umfeld.
