Das erwartet dich:

  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung, bedarfsgerechte Einsatzplanung und Weiterentwicklung des Lagerteams
  • Durchführung regelmäßiger Rundgänge und Unterweisungen sowie aktive Förderung eines sicheren Arbeitsumfeldes
  • Sicherstellung eines effizienten und reibungslosen Warenflusses – von Wareneingang über Einlagerung und Kommissionierung bis hin zu Versand und Verladung
  • Steuerung, Überwachung und kontinuierliche Optimierung von Lagerbeständen, Lagerflächen und lagerlogistischen Prozessen
  • Gewährleistung der Lieferbereitschaft, einer termingerechten Auftragsabwicklung sowie einer ordnungsgemäßen Bestandsführung einschließlich Inventurverantwortung
  • Aktive Mitarbeit im Shopfloor-Management sowie Analyse relevanter Kennzahlen und Umsetzung daraus abgeleiteter Verbesserungsmaßnahmen
  • Sicherstellung von Arbeitssicherheit, Ordnung und Sauberkeit sowie der Einhaltung aller gesetzlichen und internen Vorgaben
  • Enge bereichsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit mit den Bereichen Produktion, Produktionsplanung, Transportdisposition, Instandhaltung und weiteren internen Schnittstellen
  • Aktive Mitgestaltung von Veränderungs-, Optimierungs- und Digitalisierungsprojekten im Lagerbereich

Das bringst du mit:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Logistik, Lagerwirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung und Führungsverantwortung idealerweise in einer Lagerorganisation
  • Praxiskenntnisse in Lagerverwaltung, Warenwirtschafts- bzw. ERP-Systemen, digitalen Lagerprozessen sowie sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
  • Ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität und hohe Präsenz im operativen Tagesgeschäft
  • Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Fachbereichen
  • Hohes Sicherheits-, Qualitäts- und Kostenbewusstsein
