Zur Verstärkung unseres technischen Services suchen wir dich als

Technischer Berater* Innen- und Außenbeschichtungen (Caparol/Alligator)

In dieser Rolle ist Homeoffice und mobiles Arbeiten innerhalb Deutschlands an insgesamt 9 Tagen/Monat möglich (auf Basis einer Vollzeittätigkeit).

Das erwartet dich:

  • Du bist verantwortlich für die technische Beratung interner und externer Kunden bei Fragen zu allen Innen- und Außenbeschichtungen (inkl. Lacke und Lasuren) aus Portfolio unserer Profimarken Caparol/Alligator.
  • In deiner Rolle bearbeitest du proaktiv und selbstständig technische Sachverhalte an konkreten Objekten und Projekten.
  • Die Erstellung und Pflege technischer Unterlagen (Schulungsunterlagen, Arbeitshilfen zur Vertriebsunterstützung etc.) erfolgt durch dich.
  • Du sicherst die "technischen Konsistenz" der Aussagen im Rahmen der definierten Produkt- und Systemspezifikationen, Normen und allgemein anerkannten Regeln der Technik.
  • Die Bereitstellung technischer Dienstleistungen (z. B. Windlast- und Schallschutz-Berechnungen, etc.) ist ebenfalls Teil deiner Aufgabe.

Das bringst du mit:

  • Du verfügst über eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene handwerkliche Berufsausbildung als Maler- und/oder Stuckateurmeister, als Lacktechniker oder eine vergleichbare Qualifizierung im Bereich der Beschichtungstechniken.
  • Du konntest dir bereits fundiertes Fachwissen und praktische Erfahrung im Bereich technische Beratung von Bauprodukten aneignen.
  • Du verfügst über ausgeprägte Fachkompetenz im Bereich Gebäudehülle und Innenraum.
  • Du bist Teamplayer mit ausgeprägter Kommunikationsfähigkeit und arbeitest gern „hands-on“ in flachen Hierarchien. Dabei zeichnet dich eine strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise aus.
  • Du agierst sicher im Umgang mit den MS-Office-Anwendungen sowie gängigen Präsentationstechniken.
  • Du verfügst über die grundsätzliche Bereitschaft zu gut planbaren und kürzeren Dienstreisen.
