Wir bauen unser leistungsstarkes Vertriebsteam weiter aus und suchen dich zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt als

Verkaufsberater* im Großraum Bremen und Bremerhaven

Das erwartet dich:

  • Du übernimmst ein eigenes Verkaufsgebiet in der Region Bremen und Bremerhaven und betreust eigenständig alle freien Händler in deinem Gebiet.
  • Du nutzt das CRM-System zur lückenlosen Dokumentation von Kundenkontakten und spezifischen Stammdaten.
  • Du berätst den freien Handel und betreust aktiv Kunden, die den Verkauf von Caparol-, Alligator- und DISBON-Produkten bevorzugen.
  • Du führst regelmäßige Filialbesuche durch, optimierst die Platzierung und Präsentation der DAW-Produkte und berätst Endkunden.
  • Du unterstützt Verkaufsgespräche mit Handwerkern und führst Verkaufsförderungsaktionen durch.
  • Du stellst sicher, dass Werbematerialien korrekt platziert sind und schulst die Mitarbeiter im freien Handel bezüglich DAW-Produkten und Verkaufsargumenten.

Das bringst du mit:

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene handwerkliche Ausbildung z.B. als Maler & Lackierermeister, Lacktechniker oder eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung mit großer technischer Affinität. Alternativ bringst du ein abgeschlossenes Studium mit.
  • Du bringst Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb mit und konntest bereits erste Erfolge verbuchen.
  • Dein begeisterndes Storytelling und dein gewinnendes Auftreten machen dich zu einem guten Verkäufer und dein Teamgeist macht dich zu einem wertvollen Teammitglied.
  • Du denkst und handelst unternehmerisch, hast ein gutes Zahlenverständnis und tiefe Produktkompetenz.
  • Du verfügst über ausgeprägte Präsentations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten auf Deutsch, sprichst sicher Englisch und bist versiert im Umgang mit MS Office-Anwendungen.
  • Du hast deinen Wohnsitz im genannten Gebiet und besitzt den Führerschein der Klasse B.
  • Du bringst eine hohe Reisebereitschaft innerhalb des Verkaufsgebiets mit.
