Wir bauen unser leistungsstarkes Vertriebsteam weiter aus und suchen dich zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt als​

Verkaufsberater* in der Region Leipzig / Chemnitz

Das erwartet dich:​

  • Du übernimmst ein eigenes Verkaufsgebiet in der Region Leipzig / Chemnitz und betreust eigenständig alle Händler in deinem Gebiet mit einem klaren Fokus auf unsere eigene Großhändlerorganisation CMS.​
  • Du führst sorgfältige Vor- und Nachbereitungen von Kundenkontakten durch, indem du interne Tools wie CRM und das Angebotstool einsetzt.
  • Du nutzt das CRM-System zur Dokumentation von Kundenkontakten, Objektinformationen und anderen kundenspezifischen Stammdaten.​
  • Du nimmst an internen Messen und Vertriebsveranstaltungen teil, um über Trends informiert zu bleiben und Netzwerke zu erweitern.​
  • Du berätst den Großhändler CMS im Verkauf von Caparol-, Alligator- und DISBON-Produkten und kümmerst dich aktiv um die Betreuung definierter Kunden mit Präferenz auf den Großhändler CMS.​
  • Du unterstützt bei Verkaufsgesprächen, und nimmst an Verkaufsförderungsaktionen sowie Events wie Messen und Hausmessen teil.

Das bringst du mit:​

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene handwerkliche Ausbildung z.B. als Maler & Lackierer und/oder eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung mit großer technischer Affinität.​
  • Du hast deinen Wohnsitz in einem der genannten Gebiete und besitzt den Führerschein der Klasse B.​
  • Du bringst Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb, idealerweise im Außendienst, mit und konntest bereits erste Erfolge verbuchen.​
  • Dein begeisterndes Storytelling und dein gewinnendes Auftreten machen dich zu einem guten Verkäufer und dein Teamgeist macht dich zu einem wertvollen Teammitglied.​
  • Du denkst und handelst unternehmerisch, hast ein gutes Zahlenverständnis und tiefe Produktkompetenz.​
  • Du verfügst über ausgeprägte Präsentations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten auf Deutsch, sprichst sicher Englisch und bist versiert im Umgang mit MS Office-Anwendungen.​
  • Du bringst eine hohe Reisebereitschaft innerhalb deines Vertriebsgebiets mit.
