  • Aktives Up- und Cross-Selling Aktivitäten im Rahmen eines verkaufsaktiven Innendienstes
  • Koordination einer professionellen Reklamationsabwicklung
  • Zusammenarbeit und Abstimmung mit firmeninternen Abteilungen (Außendienst, Einkauf, Logistik, Produktmanagement, Marketing)
  • Unterstützung bei Werbe- und Marketing Maßnahmen der SynthesaGruppe Mitarbeit in Projekten

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Berufserfahrung und Fachwissen im Kundenservice
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office-Anwendungen, insbesondere Word und Excel
  • Erfahrungen im Umgang mit SAP/ERP, CRM oder ähnlicher Unternehmenssoftware von Vorteil
  • Freude am persönlichen Kundenkontakt
  • Serviceorientiertheit sowie Teamfähigkeit und Stressresistenz
